Bread + Goat Cheese + Cherry Reduction = Perfection.
There isn’t much more to say. Other than the fact that this is a perfect appetizer to share, or to eat as a post-workout snack.
The bread has carbohydrates to replenish glycogen stores, the tart cherry has antioxidants to reduce inflammation, and the goat cheese is a good source of protein, specifically casein, a milk protein that provides a steady release of amino acids to build muscle over time.
A nutritious and delicious twist on Crostini that won’t disappoint!
