Group Strength Classes
At Trail Transformation, our goal is to provide runners and endurance athletes of all ages and experiences with different strength-building opportunities to maximize performance.
Our classes are based on a 8-week progression and are held at Trail Transformation Headquarters (509 Main St. La Crosse, WI).
These classes focus on performing correct movements to reducing injury risk and improving performance.

1 Class per Week: $150
2 Classes per Week: $225
The Coaches
All coaches have a background in Physical Therapy and a vast knowledge
of how the human body should
move.
The Exercises
All exercises are focused on making you a better endurance athlete. Dynamic movements with an extreme focus on proper form will increase speed and strength, as well as have a direct impact on your running.
The Community
Gyms and personal trainers can be intimidating, and that's why we're here. Come train with like-minded individuals of all levels.

Train Better
Recover Faster
We're happy to offer both specialized training and recovery services. These include Normatec recovery boots, CycleOps Bicycle Fitness Trainer, ZeroRunner and Ski ERG. Each session is 45 Minutes in length and must be conducted
